เรื่อง ขอรับรองว่าผู้ตรวจประเมินตามมาตรฐาน TREES เป็นบุคคลที่สาม (Third Party)
Subject: Confirmation of third-party experts as TREES reviewers
สถาบันอาคารเขียวไทย ดำเนินงานภายใต้มูลนิธิอาคารเขียวไทย (TGBI) เป็นหน่วยงานที่ประกาศใช้มาตรฐานการประเมินความยั่งยืนทางพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมไทย (TREES)
สถาบันอาคารเขียวไทย ขอยืนยันว่า ทางสถาบันฯ ได้มีการใช้คณะผู้เชี่ยวชาญในรูปแบบบุคคลที่ 3 ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติตามสถาบันฯ กำหนด เป็นผู้ตรวจเอกสารขอประเมินอาคารตามมาตรฐาน TREES ของแต่ละโครงการ เพื่อให้โครงการที่ขอรับรองนั้นผ่านการรับรองตามมาตรฐานที่ทางสถาบันฯ ได้กำหนดไว้ เมื่อคณะผู้ตรวจประเมินฯ (บุคคลที่ 3) ได้ตัดสินผลการประเมินแล้ว ทางสถาบันฯ มีหน้าที่ในการออกหนังสือรับรองให้กับโครงการที่ผ่านรับรอง TREES เท่านั้น ผลการประเมินเป็นตามการตัดสินของคณะผู้เชี่ยวชาญฯโดยปราศจากการแทรกแซงใดๆ จากทางสถาบันฯ
Thai Green Building Institute (TGBI) operates under the Thai Green Building Foundation and is the organization responsible for implementing the Thai Energy and Environmental Sustainability Assessment standards (TREES).
Thai Green Building Institute confirms that we employ third-party experts, who are qualified according to the institute’s standards. These third-party experts review the documentation for each project seeking certification based on the TREES standards. This ensures that the projects applying for certification meet the criteria set by the institute. Once the assessment team (third-party experts) has made the certification decision, the institute is obligated to issue a certificate to the projects that pass the TREES certification. The certification outcome is solely made by the assessment team without any interference from the institute.
